Mark your calendars! The following are the dates, times and locations for this year's officials trainings:
Thursday, May 20 6-9pm Newport Hills (Clubhouse)
Saturday, May 22 9am-12noon Samena (Upper room)
Please keep in mind that the first 2 hours are for
everyone, the 3rd hour is for referees/starters.
Also, I am working on securing a location for an additional weeknight
session during the first week of June on Mercer Island. If one of the
clubs would be willing to host Wed, June 2 or Thurs, June 3, please let
me know.
New this year - Returning Officials Training
Based on feedback from officials, a "returning officials" session
was requested and preferences indicated a weeknight. As it is
anticipated that this will be a shorter session, this session will be
held:
Wednesday, May 26 7-9pm Newport Hills (Clubhouse)
Please note, this session is only for:
If an individual has not attended in the last 2 years (but has officiated during the 2009 season), they may attend with notification to me from their club's coach or volunteer coordinator attesting to their participation as an official. If you have any questions about your status, please contact me so I can confirm that you are on the list.
